Then they turn to the New York Mayoral race. Here the talk about rank choice voting and how crime rates may have factored into the primary. Next the pair turn to what Trey calls the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill that wasn’t. Did anything really happen? Trey and Ken finish the show examining two U.S. Supreme Court cases, one on student speech rights outside of school grounds and the other on whether the NCAA violated anti-trust laws.
